A small firm that produces like a large one.
We build our own tooling. Automation and AI handle the reconciling, the assembling, the monitoring, and the first draft of almost everything. That's how two principals deliver work that used to take a department, and it's why our fees don't carry the weight of one.
What it doesn't do is decide anything. Every number we send has been reviewed by one of us, and when something looks wrong, a person who has seen it before is the one who tells you.
